We truly believe we offer some of the most innovative products in the world and we want to make sure we back that up with a Risk Free Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you receive your Bouncy Paws product and you are not happy with the quality of the product, we do offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. A full refund is offered if you meet the following requirements.
- You must fill out the return form with in 72hrs of receiving the product to receive a refund. There is a return form at the bottom of this page. Products cannot be used.
- We require a proof of receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping cost to the address located at the bottom of page. Note: We recommend that you insure the product in case of loss during shipping ( we are not liable for lost product.)
- Product must be in original packaging with all original accessories and manuals included.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your product, you will be notified by email that the product has arrived. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to verify the return. If requirements for the return have been met, a credit will be issued for the product. Standard refund time once the credit has been approved, will take 7 -10 days to process. If you have not received your refund with in this time, please contact us and we will help take care of the issue. Thank you.
Customers who are denied a refund due to failure to meet our return requirements, the customer is responsible for the return freight of the product. Customer should provide us with a return shipping label via email. We do not ship orders C.O.D. Thank you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is post marked for return past our required return date for the order.
Note:
Our products have been used by hundreds of happy customers just like you. All our products are safe for pets. For best results, follow directions that is recommended with your Bouncy Paws product. The results will be worth it!
Returns
Refunds are allowed for items that:
1. Have been lost in transit.
2. Arrived broken or damaged
3. Where the wrong item was shipped to you.
You must contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page with in 72 hrs of receiving the product.
For broken or damaged products, you must contact us with in 72 hrs of receipt of product. Once your product has been approved for return, an RGA number will be provided. The RGA number must be attached to the return box, freight prepaid. Packages returned without an RGA number will not be processed for credit. Once the shipment is received a credit for return freight may apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original box, packaging material and product information must be included.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) If your return is subject to a partial refund, you will be notified by email the reason why.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not receive a refund.
Any item that is post marked for return more than 3 days after an RGA has been provided, will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Items returned for exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement order to be processed. Once processed, the item will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
Conditions
Please read exchange conditions below. If conditions are not met, Bouncy Paws reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 25%.
All returned or exchanged items must be in like new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all product accessories. Products returned missing any of the original information will not be eligible for return.

Product Warranties and Repairs
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days. Please allow a few days for your Credit Card to show the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please read our Warranty & Returns info up top of this page. Thank you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Thank you.
Return Form
Please fill out our return form below before mailing your product. For returns that are approved, we will provide you with an RGA number. That number must be clearly marked on your return box. Packages returned without an RGA number will not be accepted for credit.
